When booking a weekly reservation in 2024 at Pelican Reef from 6/1/24 - 8/31/24 directly through Surfside Realty, you will receive a complimentary $250 credit towards any beach rental equipment of your choosing provided by VayK Life! Redeeming this offer is easy! Simply book your reservation, turn in your paperwork, and receive an email with your unique link to order your FREE beach equipment. The equipment will be delivered to the home and picked up once you depart. Rent anything from chairs and umbrellas, to paddle boards and corn hole to make sure that your family makes the most of their beach vacation!

Internet, Large Smart Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows & Comforters, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trash can. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
