Private Pool (8' x 24') - Professionally Maintained, Seasonal Pool Heat Available (Upon Request, Additional Fees Apply), 43" TV in Pool Area, Exterior Shower with Hot and Cold Water, Bathroom by Pool, 3 Exterior Porches, Paved Parking (2 Covered Parking Spaces, 5 Total), Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed, No Trailers, No Fire Pits Allowed. This property has exterior surveillance devices overlooking the front of the house, carport, HVAC platform and pool equipment area.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Ceiling Fans Throughout, All TVs are Smart TVs with a 75" Sound Bar in Living Area, Port-o-Crib, High Chair, Internet, Heat and Central A/C, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, 2 Refrigerators (1 is at the pool), Dishwasher, Iron and Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. We recommended adding pool heat to your reservation at the time of booking but it must be added no less than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

Great Spring Break
Blessed Hope is a fantastic beach house. The house has everything you would need. The beach access is directly across the street and the pool is perfect. Beautiful home
