AT EASE is a 2,430 sq/ft five-bedroom, four-full bath house located within one-minute walking distance to public beach access. This eight-year old house features an open-concept kitchen complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker. Full-size washer & dryer on second floor. Central heat/air and ceiling fans throughout the house.

Sleeping accommodations include three master suites upstairs - each with king bed, ensuite full bath, walk-in closet and sitting area. The two downstairs bedrooms have one queen size bed each and a shared full bath. House has a total of six large Samsung (2020) smart TVs with WIFI connection - one in each bedroom and main living area.

Private Pool - The backyard amenities offer a private closed-in area with a swimming pool, deck seating, hammock and large area for yard games, including a Bocce Court. Also, an outdoor private shower. Two spacious, wrap-around covered balconies are located on the front of the house. There are two exterior entrances and paved parking. Pool and landscape are professionally managed. Non-Smoking environment, not pet friendly.

We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
