PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

Great Stay!
Can't say enough good about this condo. Everything was clean, worked well. The location is exceptional. Only a few steps over the walkway and you are ON the beach. In addition, this particular unit has an open balcony so you can sit or sun there as well, and at night, the open sky view is incredible. Don't hesitate, rent this one and you won't be disappointed.

We Wouldn’t Use Any Other Company
We have been using this company for the last 12 years of vacations. Our experiences have been wonderful and this year was no exception. We have never had any type of maintenance issue until this year. Our air wasn’t working upon arrival and they sent someone out immediately. It was repaired quickly and working great after that. We also had an issue with our keypad not working and again had immediate maintenance out to our condo. We absolutely love Surfside beach and all the memories we’ve made as a family.
