Linens and bath towels are provided at this home for all weekly reservations! Professionally Decorated, 1 Oceanfront Master Suite, Additional Separate Vanity Area, Ceramic Tile Main Level and Hardwood Throughout Home, Televisions, 2 DVD Players, Stereo, Port-A-Crib, High Chair, Infant Swing, Rainy Day Games, DVD Library, Books, Approximately 3000 Square Feet. Internet, Ice Machine, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. Also provided are start-up items such as paper towels, toilet paper, bar soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, softener, dishwasher soap, sponges, and more! All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. Linens Included. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. We recommended adding pool heat to your reservation at the time of booking but it must be added no less than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
