PROPERTY AMENITIES
Linens Included, Internet, Televisions, , Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc. as needed.

What a wonderful week our family has enjoyed!
We absolutely love the layout of this house — it was perfect for our first family vacation since we added a daughter-in-law and granddaughter to our family.

Lovely
How thankful we were to be able to spend a relaxing week in your lovely beach home. Since the first time we ever stayed here, and even now, we’ve adopted it as ours for our vacation time. We are able to split our time with members of both sides of our family. Laughter, fellowship, and love are shared during our time here!
The new colors and updates add brightness to the house — yet keeping some of the old things makes it feel “homey.” The location of this house is also perfect for us — convenient to shopping, beach, & entertainment for another plus!
We look forward to returning next year!

Thank you for another wonderful time at Surfside Beach. This house is like coming home for the Grant family. We have been enjoying this home since before we had our children, and now they are teenagers and one is married.
We love the updates and also love that you have kept many of the original features — old shiplap, the initials above the doors, and the giant dining table.
