PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator To All Floors, Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Televisions, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

HOT TUB HEAT AVAILABLE (FEES APPLY)
Built-In Hot Tubs at homes advertised with this amenity are available to be heated year-round. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking as it must be added at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival. Houses that offer a hot tub heat have an additional fee of $600 and must be requested to be added to the reservation.
