Seaside 401 - The Salty Vida

Just wow!
Our family stayed at the Salty Vida 401 top floor, the condo is just perfect for a family a very small walk to the beach the locker included so much extra beach chair and umbrella that we felt bad that we carried ours from Canada. The unit is very very clean with a majestic balcony to watch the ocean and relax at night or during a storm has your very well covered. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has so much to offer plenty of utensils or pan to cooked any meal you want. The television was really impressive in the living room being incurve but unfortunately we got a reminder that weather could be rough sometime and lightning struck and blew 2 TV and some of our personal phone charger. Property manager was onsite very quickly less the 30 min and we felt that we booked with a very good company. The unit is very clean the AC unit is not too noisy making our night sleep very nice. The BBQ area is very accessible and despite looking very old it’s very clean for use. All appliances worked great and really if you’re looking for a great place to stay and enjoy the beach and walk to the main area of surfside this is the perfect distance. Closer to the pier you have more people parking and using the beach so this condo is far enough that you can own your portion of the beach with less people around allowing you to play beach activities without bothering people. This was our first trip with the Surfside Realty Company but definitely not the last one.

Satisfied customer!
My best friend and I really enjoyed our week at the Salty Vida! Beautiful accommodations offering an outstanding view of the beach and surf. We weathered Hurricane Isaias and, needless to say, the sights and sounds were quite a show!! The building withstood this night very favorably. We spent the rest of the week with peace and quiet and the best views ever! Will definitely rebook next year!

Memorable vacation!
Our family of six had a fantastic week at the Salty Vida. The condo is large and well furnished with plenty of comfortable furniture and tasteful furnishings. Lots of personal touches throughout made it feel like home, like the crayons and coloring books for the kids! The well outfitted kitchen was a nice surprise for our daily meal preparations with nothing lacking. The kitchen and dining table offered plenty of room for the entire family including a couple guests for dinner. The beautiful balcony offers a fantastic panoramic view of the beach and oceanfront from the fourth floor. Accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, the balcony quickly became my favorite spot for watching the grandkids on the beach. The low flying flocks of pelicans sailing overhead just above the roof line was a real treat. There’s also a large storage room on the ground floor stocked with lots of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The young ones used the stairs, but these old bones loved the elevator. Restaurants and a nice gift shop are just a two block walk away. We only used the rental car to run to the grocery store. The owners have gone out of their way to provide a home away from home for their guests and we’re glad they so willingly shared it with us! We look forward to returning to the Salty Vida!
