Our Stay at Big View
We stayed the first week in June and this home exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The house is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and feels brand new. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, and it truly felt like a luxury home. Our group included three families, and most importantly, our grandson. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out while still enjoying time together. It never once felt crowded. In fact, there were more than enough bedrooms. Although the home is across the street from the oceanfront houses, the location was perfect. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We found ourselves looking out at the ocean every chance we got. We walked to the beach every single day, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. After staying here, I can honestly say what we paid for this rental was worth every penny. Everyone (kids and adults) loved the beautiful pool and the golf cart. But more than that, the house itself became part of what made this vacation so special. It gave us the feeling of staying in a place we never would have imagined we could enjoy, and it made the entire week feel even more relaxing and memorable. To the owners—thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It’s obvious how much pride you take in maintaining it, and we truly appreciated everything about our stay. The memories we made here will stay with us for a lifetime, and if we return to Surfside Beach, this home will be our first choice without hesitation. Thank you for helping make one of our favorite family vacations ever!

Big View 5-Star Review
We had the perfect stay at Big View in Surfside Beach the week of 5-16-26. I give this home 5 STARs and would like to mention the things that sparked my 5STAR rating. I loved the incredible beach/ocean view from the house and the very easy access to the beach. I stayed on the 2nd floor with a perfect ocean view, private shaded balcony, a super comfortable king sized bed and private bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom was very spacious, well lit with a large closet, plenty of hangers, valet stands for my luggage and then a dresser for my folded clothes. Also loved having my own TV to watch my shows before bed. It was so comfortable….like home but much better!!! Another “wow” for me was the open living room/kitchen/dining room. Some of the amenities I loved…… the amazing large blender (I love making strawberry banana daiquiris for the beach), the double drawer air fryer, oversized refrigerator AND the beverage refrigerator located by the back door with easy access to the pool. And again, the incredible view from the kitchen, living room and shaded balcony with many seating options. Another “wow” was the salt water pool and pool deck. Both were clean, very well maintained, quite large and perfect for relaxing day or night. Personally, I enjoyed showering off the beach sand just outside the pool area and getting into the pool for late afternoon swimming and relaxing on the lounge chairs as the sun sets. A very, very important thing to me is the ability to get to and from the beach easily and Big View had that access!!! There is a beach access point just across the street and I feel like the beach space from this access is more spacious than others because we had no problem getting prime beach space for our large group. I told the others in my group that I would include some of their “wow” moments and they are…. View, access, comfort, cleanliness, pool, elevator, kitchen supplies, parking ease, comfortable beds. The group voted to give Big View 5 Stars, our highest recommendation and we are planning our trip for next year. Thank you for having us in this beautiful home.

Beautiful!
This house was definitely thought out well for a large group. It’s brand new, spotless and absolutely beautifully decorated. Everything you need is available with big bedrooms with comfy beds and the most beautiful views! The pool is big and made us wish it was warmer so we could’ve relaxed out back. We will most definitely rent again in the summer to be able to take advantage. You will not go wrong with this house.

Absolutely perfect!
We just spent a fabulous Fourth of July weekend at Big View. The entire property was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations! With gorgeous ocean views from all three levels, it certainly lives up to its name! This newly constructed and beautifully appointed home has seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms so it accommodated our large group with ease. Plenty of onsite parking and an elevator to transport luggage was such a plus! Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and how the entire home looks like it should be featured in a magazine. Having our own private en suite bathrooms and TVs in every room further added to the feeling of staying in a luxury hotel. Additionally, we appreciated that the house is so well insulated that we could not hear any noise from fireworks even though they were on display well into the wee hours of the morning of the 5th. Having our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful ocean views from our third floor balcony was the perfect way to start our day! The open concept first floor common area with its large porch, huge windows, and ocean views is enormous and had more than enough space for our group to hang out and dine together. The kitchen area with its stunning, massive island was perfectly outfitted and had everything that we needed to prepare and serve food. Furthermore, the large beverage fridge was especially convenient to store all of our libations. There was a golf cart on the premises that we could have rented but with beach access directly across the street and the pier, restaurants, and bars all within easy walking distance, we never needed it. Everyone took advantage of the upscale, temperature controlled, salt water pool with plenty of seating and privacy fencing. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years but Big View surpasses them all. We can’t recommend it enough and look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect beach getaway!
We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home is brand new, super clean, and finished with high-end details, with plenty of space to relax and spread out. The location truly can’t be beat. Being directly across from the beach with easy access made everything so convenient. We spent a lot of time by the pool which was such a great spot to hang out after a day at the beach. It’s also tucked into a family-friendly part of Surfside that feels quiet and safe, while still being close to everything you need. The combination of the home itself and the location made this a great stay. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great view to the ocean from second row which is rare to find. All new , clean, extra comfortable beds and pillows. Pool looks inviting and the pool size was large. Too cold in February to jump in, but we will be back in warmer weather. Kitchen well stocked. . All large bedrooms very comfortable with private baths.

We loved the house!
We loved the house. It was extrememly clean and well supplied. I hope as others stay there, they will also take care of what was provided by the owner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious. The three decks were great and all 3 very well set-up with chairs and tables. I love to cook and the kitchen set-up was very nice with a large dining table and chairs at the bar for all of our family members. I would highly recommend this property to any one.

Big View Review
I stayed at the Big View back in early June and had a great time. The house was very nice, spacious, has an excellent view of the ocean, and a quick easy walk to the beach.This is the nicest place I've ever stayed at the beach and I give it the maximum 5 stars!
