PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator To All Floors, Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

POOL & HOT TUB HEAT (OVERFLOW FROM HOT TUB INTO POOL)
This home features a heated pool with an integrated spa (hot tub). When pool heat is added to your reservation, the pool is heated and the warm water circulates continuously through both the pool and spa. If the spa function is turned on, the system will temporarily direct heated water to the hot tub, creating a hotter spa experience. After this cycle ends, the system automatically returns to normal pool circulation. Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. We recommended adding pool heat to your reservation at the time of booking but it must be added no less than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
