The community also features a fitness center, dog park, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, baseball field, bocce courts, and horseshoe pits.

Enjoy the convenience of riding to and from the beach without ever leaving the community. There is no need to worry about finding public parking because OceanSide Village has its own private oceanfront parking lot just for residents and guests next to the Conch Cafe restaurant, as well as outdoor showers and restrooms. Daily and weekly golf cart rental packages are available for added flexibility during your stay. The golf cart rental area is located behind the Property Management Office on OceanSide Drive and operates Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Whether you are casting a line, relaxing poolside, or cruising to the beach in a golf cart, Llamazing at OceanSide Village delivers the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and coastal charm.

All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows, and a comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
