The kitchen is well-equipped with quartz countertops, tile backsplash, counter height bar, and abundant white shaker cabinets. This home has two masters with king beds and tile showers which both offer their own private balconies. Each of the three additional bedrooms have their own bathrooms along with a half bath on the main floor. All rooms will be equipped with large flat-screen TVs. This home has a larger back yard with a saltwater pool (with optional seasonal pool heat available) with a sitting ledge and ample space for your family to space out and enjoy! The home is a very close walk to the beach with the beach access just steps away.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator (To All Floors), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. We recommended adding pool heat to your reservation at the time of booking but it must be added no less than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
