Beach Bear Exceeds Expectations
I had the opportunity to stay at the Beach Bear with 11 of my High School friends the weekend of 4/8/24 and the accommodations were excellent, all the rooms were clean, beds made, plenty of towels, and the pool and Hot Tun were the hit of the weekend. Hard to please 12 Adult Men but the Beach Bear delivered. Location is amazing and central to everything you need, we golfed Down at Pawleys and also Myrtle area and it was a 15 minute ride in North or South. The owners were amazing and checked in when we first arrived to ensure everything meet our expectations. Thank you Tom and Lisa for opening your amazing Beach home to us and we will be back.

Best Vacation Rental I’ve ever stayed in!!
This place has it all!!! Then location is FANTASTIC, just a short 2 minute walk to the beach, the house itself is beautiful and huge and immaculately decorated and clean!! The pool and hot tub in the backyard were perfect for evenings or days when the beach was too windy. This was the best vacation property I have ever stayed in!! Can’t wait to come back!!

Girls Getaway - 50th Birthday Beach Bash
If you are looking for a big group getaway or large family vacation - This is the PERFECT location for a large party of family friends or couples! I had the pleasure of staying at Beach Bear for a girls getaway 50th Birthday Bash. This house has a BIG open floor plan on the main level, spacious bedrooms and bothrooms on the second and third level. Balconies on the front bedrooms are a great place to read relax or take a break from the group. Beautiful Pool and Hot Tub out back with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your group. Quiet location away from the busy noisy tourist attractions even though this house is a short 2 min walk to the beach. Also close to anything you need some within walking distance and some with a golf cart - you can rent from a local rental company for your stay delivered to the house. Grocery and liquor store shopping coffee bagels and a great selection of Restaurants. BOOK IT NOW! YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

Amazing house!
A perfect getaway. I went down with a group of friends to golf. We are already planning to do it again next year in this same house- it is amazing. So much room for a large group of friends or even 2 families. Very comfortable beds and pristine bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were a hit every day after golf also. Location is perfect - so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Can’t wait until next year.

So much space
Everyone had all the space they needed and it was so comfortable. I loved the hot tub and pool area. The best part of all was the short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful location!
Not only was this home beautiful, tastefully decorated, roomy and great amenities it is so close to the beach. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful home in an amazing location.

Five Star Gem!
This place is immaculately clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is huge. Plenty of bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice furnishings. It’s in a fabulous location and a two minute walk to the beach, and I could see the ocean from my top floor balcony. I can’t imagine a better place for a group to stay!

Amazing property!

This was an amazing property! We had 16 ladies attend a conference in the area and this property exceeded our expectations. It was close to the beach and the pool on the property was excellent. We would definitely like to stay here again!
