Beach Bound is a beautifully decorated home that includes many upgrades such as an elevator, upgraded trim work, and saltwater pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cabinet space, tile backsplash, a counter height bar, wine/beer fridge, and walk-in pantry. The open living area leads out to the back balcony overlooking the pool. This home has three spacious master bedrooms with king size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and 2 of the bedrooms have their own dedicated balconies. The first floor master has its own private sitting area. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed which shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the bunk room. There are smart TVs in each of the bedrooms & living area. This home is a very close walk to the beach with beach access just steps away.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Linens are provided with Bed Setup, Elevator (Ground to 1st & 2nd Floor), Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven with air fryer function, Microwave, Refrigerator, Beverage Refrigerator, Dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen essentials. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. We recommended adding pool heat to your reservation at the time of booking but it must be added no less than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

Wonderful Family Vacation
The house and pictures are exactly as advertised, even nicer in person. We loved Beach Bound, the location to the beach access was a few feet, the pool was lovely (no heat needed) and the house was very well maintained and equipped. The elevator was fabulous for transporting luggage and groceries, and for our 90-year-old mother/grandmother. The linens provided were a wonderful addition, and of good quality.
