Most of the piers charge a fee for the day and even offer rod and reel rental for those casual angler that didn’t think to pack their fishing equipment for the trip. Fishing off one of the piers in the Myrtle Beach area is a great way to spend the day and other family members that are not interested in fishing can either grab a beach chair or sit up on the pier or right below on the shore for a day in the sun and sand.
