2012 St John’s Greek Festival takes place on Sept. 27, 2012, at St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church of Myrtle Beach. Get a feel of the Greek culture at the 2012 St John’s Greek Festival. Taste the different Greek foods such as Gyros, Roasted Lamb Greek Salad, Spanikopita and Mousaka along with different Greek pastries and plenty of bread. There will be Greek wine and beer available as well. An assortment of activities and vendors will be in attendance along with live Greek music and dancers that will keep the excitement going.

Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art will also be held on September 27, 2012. Get lost in the music there. The festival will showcase visual and performing arts. Other featured events and special artists include the Wearable Art Luncheon, Young@Heart performance, The Baruchs of Hobcaw, World’s Smallest Airport, Jack Kerouac: King of the Beats, Private Wine Tasting, Steve Tyrell, Mac Arnold and Plate Full o’Blues, A classical Evening featuring Taylor Johnson, Fireworks Ensemble American Tapestry, Deborah Silver, Legends of Motown starring Horizon, Bright Star Theaters Production of “Once Upon A Time” and Chalk Under the Oaks.
