 Local Restrictions

• The Myrtle Beach area does not have travel restrictions coming in or going out.
• The Myrtle Beach International Airport is operating business as usual.

• All essential businesses are open. Grocery stores (are stocked), pharmacies, banks, most retail stores, golf courses, and restaurants are open.

Beaches and Pools

• All beaches in Surfside, Garden City, Horry and Georgetown Counties are OPEN!!
• Public Pools: Each Homeowner's Association votes on whether or not they will open the community pool and what restrictions will be in place.

What sets Surfside Realty apart?

• A majority of our properties have keyless entry with express check in/check out. This means you do not have to come to our office or have contact with anyone outside of your vacation party upon arrival or departure.

 

• We have partnered with our cleaning companies and homeowners to ensure the safety of our arriving guests by implementing an enhanced cleaning standard. Effective immediately, in addition to following our normal protocols, all cleaning teams will have heightened attention on the cleaning and disinfecting of the most frequently touched areas in every property to include: keyless entry pads, door knobs, light switches, remote controls, HVAC control panels, all hard surfaces,  and bathroom surfaces such a toilet handles/seats, sink faucets and shower/tub knobs.
  
  

We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation expense in the event that you or a member of your party become too ill to travel or if traveling is against doctor's orders.
