All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. We recommended adding pool heat to your reservation at the time of booking but it must be added no less than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

Beautiful beach home with amazing amenities
Wow! What a beautiful beach house! I cannot recommend this place enough. Plenty of room, private pool, elevator, multiple balconies, very clean, and a very short walk away from the beach! Beautiful Home Away from Home!
This was the perfect home for our big family to stay in! We had all the amenities we could have needed. A fully stocked kitchen with utensils for staying in to cook dinners. A comfortable pool area complete with an outdoor shower and foot washing station. A stock of games in the entertainment center for fun evenings with our family. Even a washer and dryer for our family to use so we weren’t going home with dirty clothes to wash after our trip! Our family of 12…grandparents and two families just got back from staying here. We had the best experience..the house is beautiful, the layout is great—my husband and I (the grandparents) stayed on the first floor and our two sons their wives and our 6 grandchildren had the second floor. We enjoyed such great family time..precious memories were made! The pool all to ourselves made things even better..the 4 older grandkids were like fish by the end of the week. We all walked to the Pier and had ice cream at Drippys..so good. Everyone had the best time and we’ll be talking about it for years.
