A new extended oceanfront deck on the 1st floor adds additional living space for your family to enjoy while the primary bedrooms on the 1st & 2nd floors now have their own private balconies as well. The oceanfront master bedroom on the 2nd floor now offers a custom built-in equipped with a wet bar and mini fridge as well as a luxurious soaking tub so you can enjoy all the comforters from your own private sanctuary. Upgraded bathrooms include new vanities, toilets, and light fixtures to give the space a fresh, luxurious feel. All TVs are large Smart TVs so your family can enjoy your favorite movies and shows together while recovering from a fun day in the sun. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
