LOCATION 917 South Ocean Blvd. #304 Surfside Beach, SC 29575 EXTERIOR FEATURES 3rd Floor Oceanfront Unit, Community Outdoor Pool (Open seasonally from April 1st-October 1st) - Professionally Maintained, Outdoor Shower, Private Oceanfront Balcony, Elevator, 1 Parking Spot (2nd Spot Pending Availability, Not Guaranteed), Motorcycles Allowed (Count as 1 Parking Spot), Non Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed, Golf Carts and Trailers Not Allowed. SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 King, 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 1 Private, 1 Hall Access PROPERTY AMENITIES Linens and Bed Set up, Internet, Television, Heat and Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer and Dryer, Range and Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt and pepper, sugar, etc as needed. ------------------------------ ## Reviews ### We Loved Our Beachfront Stay (5/5 stars) We loved our stay at this beachfront condo in Myrtle Beach! The location was incredibly convenient with easy access to the beach, and the pool was a wonderful bonus. We also enjoyed the beautiful ocean view—it really made the stay feel special. There was some minor dredging activity during our visit that stirred up biological sediment in the water, but it also created a fun opportunity for shelling along the beach.
