HEATED POOLS Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. It is only one block from the beach so very accessable and the backyard with pool is spacious and very nice. The home has been beautifully renovated, and all the appliances were new. The pool was amazing — the no-chlorine water (it seemed like a saltwater/ocean-water style pool) was exactly as advertised, and everyone loved it.The location was perfect — just a few blocks straight to the beach and very close to grocery stores, restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, and having a washer/dryer was a big plus for keeping towels clean throughout our stay.There were a few minor things that could be improved. The property was not quite ready at the 4 PM check-in time, so we had to wait a bit. There were no extra trash bags, dish/dishwasher soup or iron provided, so we purchased an iron and left it for future guests. The beds were also very soft, and some of us removed the mattress toppers for a firmer feel.We had a small Wi-Fi issue when we arrived, but it was resolved quickly despite initially being told it might take until Monday. The house is beautiful and newly renovated, with a layout perfect for our group of 8 (grandparents, kids, and grandkids). The open main level gave us plenty of room together without feeling cramped, and the lower level was a great separate hangout spot for the grandkids. The kitchen is well appointed, and the home feels even bigger and more open than the pictures show. The location is wonderful, a five minute or less walk to the beach, and we loved the patio and pool area, with sunny spots and shaded ones too.
