Fantastic Family Getaway!
This is our third year vacationing at A Son of A Sailor. We love the size of the home as it has ample room for our family of four as well as 2 to 3 additional families. All but one bedroom has its own private full bath giving everyone in the home some privacy. The bathroom by the pool with a shower is a bonus and a super convenient way to get the kids clean after a long day in the sun. The pool is an amazing retreat and spot to cool off especially for small children. The beach is just a short one block walk from the home which is great when you are hauling all of your families beach essentials! The two balconies off the front of the house are a nice place to sip your coffee in the mornings and the screened in porch in the back allows you to snack and watch the kids enjoying the pool. Surfside Beach is an excellent family resort town and the location of A Son of A Sailor allows you to quickly access all of the attractions of nearby Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach.
