Ocean Terrace is a third row complex less tha a block from the Surfside Pier at 210 Surfside Drive. Each condo has a living and dining area, an all electric kitchen and a washer and dryer. Outside amenities include a swimming pool and easy access to the beach. Pets are not allowed in the condos and parking is limited to two vehicles.
